Terms of Service

Effective May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Longevity Leaders CRM (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing in to the Service or accepting an invitation to a tenant workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Longevity Leaders CRM is a multi-tenant software platform for managing outreach to clinics, studios, coaches, and other places in the longevity industry. Each workspace (“tenant”) is administered by one or more managers, who control membership and integrations for that tenant.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google credentials secure, for any activity that takes place under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any suspected compromise at sandy@thelongevityleaders.com.

Tenant managers are responsible for inviting and removing members of their tenant, for assigning roles, and for the conduct of their members within the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and applicable EU regulations), or harass recipients.
  • Upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malware.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other tenants' data.
  • Use the Service to evade rate limits or other restrictions imposed by integrated third-party services (Resend, HubSpot, Salesforce, AI providers, etc.).
  • Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without our written consent.

4. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data you create or import into your tenant. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models we own.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any third-party data (including contact information) you import into the Service.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party services (including Resend, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Places, Hunter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity). When you enable an integration:

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms and pricing of that third party.
  • You authorize us to send and receive data on your behalf using the credentials you provide.
  • We are not responsible for third-party outages, billing disputes, or policy changes by those providers.

6. Fees, trials, and cancellation

Some tenants use the Service under a trial or paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are set out in your subscription agreement or order form. If no separate written agreement exists, the Service is provided to you on the terms displayed at sign-up.

You may cancel at any time by emailing sandy@thelongevityleaders.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment.

7. Termination

On termination, your access to the Service ends and we will delete your tenant's workspace data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request an export of your workspace data before termination by emailing the contact address above.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your or your tenant's content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual-property or privacy rights of contacts you import).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to tenant administrators and reflected in the Effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
