Othership Flatiron is a modern bathhouse offering sauna and ice bath experiences designed to help people regulate their nervous system, process emotions, and connect with others. The facility features a large cedar sauna with temperatures ranging from 60°C to 100°C and two-person cold plunge tubs with temperatures from 0°C to 4°C, along with a tea lounge and other amenities. Sessions are 75 minutes long and available in both guided and self-guided formats.
The business approaches wellness through a combination of traditional sauna and cold exposure practices with evidence-informed guidance. Classes incorporate breathwork, visualization, vocalization, and immersive music tailored to different emotional states. The space emphasizes community and social connection in a body-positive, alcohol-free environment. Experienced guides trained in sauna therapy, ice bath techniques, and breathwork are available to support participants throughout their sessions.
