Liberty Physical Therapy & Wellness is a physical therapy clinic serving patients of all ages from birth through senior years. The clinic provides one-on-one treatment with board-certified specialists in a private setting, along with complementary services including acupuncture and massage therapy. They specialize in orthopedic and spine conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy for both men and women, pediatric physical therapy, hand and occupational therapy, neurological conditions, and vestibular therapy.

They work with referring physicians from major institutions including the Hospital for Special Surgery and Mount Sinai. The facility features eight private treatment rooms and a 1,000 square foot gym equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The clinical team consists of multiple doctorate-level physical therapists with combined experience of over 70 years, along with licensed acupuncturists. They accept most PPO and POS insurance plans and handle insurance submissions on behalf of patients.
